Greg Czaicki became partner in the law firm of Wator & Czaicki, LLC in December 2017. He concentrates his practice in the areas of: litigation, creditors’ rights, mortgage foreclosures, breach of contract and collections matters, bankruptcy, post-judgment collections, and out-of-court settlements.
Greg also deals with the creditor’s side of various Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters. He regularly appears in the courts of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Will, Lake, and McHenry Counties. Greg oversees litigation cases in every stage, from complaint filing, service of process, to pleadings and motion practice. He handles bench trials, mediations and arbitrations. Greg routinely applies his negotiating skills to reach numerous pre-judgment and post-judgment settlements on behalf of his clients.
Greg received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University of Chicago in 1999, cum laude, and his law degree from IIT-Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2002.
